Returns & Cancellations

At Not Just Neon, our products are made to order. Because of this, custom and semi-custom orders cannot be returned or canceled once they are placed. For non-custom items, returns are allowed as long as the items are in their original condition and packaging. Returned items will be inspected before any refunds are issued.

Warranty

Not Just Neon honors valid warranty claims within one year of receiving your items. Customers need to prepay for return shipping, but we will reimburse these costs if the warranty claim is approved. After we receive the item, we’ll process the claim within 7 days. If the claim is validated, we will repair or remake the sign within 14 days and ship it back to you at no additional cost. The warranty will be void if the product is resold, distributed, used commercially, or for generating income, unless explicitly permitted by the terms of this agreement.

Sale Items

Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping

You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item, and these costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
